In parallel, we support commercial counterparties with structured trade finance solutions—providing liquidity through non-recourse receivables purchase, and acquiring payment rights under existing contracts via formal assignment (cession), from review and structuring to execution and administration.

INVESTMENT SERVICES

Technogrom LLC FZ offers licensed advisory services for individuals and businesses seeking structured, compliant financial solutions. Forfaiting Services

We help exporters and trading companies unlock immediate liquidity by purchasing medium- and long-term receivables on a non-recourse basis. Our forfaiting solutions support structured trade flows, reduce counterparty risk, and improve cash conversion by turning deferred payments into upfront funds. We can assist with transaction structuring, document review, and execution support for compliant cross-border settlements.

Assignment of Rights Under Existing Contracts

We acquire payment rights and receivables under existing contracts through formal assignment (cession), allowing counterparties to convert future contractual cash flows into immediate liquidity. We review the underlying contract and supporting documents, agree pricing and terms, execute the cession agreement, notify the debtor where required, and then administer and collect payments under the assigned rights, while the underlying contract continues on its original terms.

Investments in Trade Contracts

We provide capital and structuring support for trade contracts, including pre-export / pre-shipment financing, supply-chain funding, and contract-backed funding solutions. Our approach is centered on real-economy transactions with verifiable documentation, defined delivery terms, and robust risk controls helping counterparties execute contracts reliably while optimizing working capital.

Infrastructure Investments

We support and participate in infrastructure-related opportunities across strategic sectors, focusing on projects with clear cash-flow logic and measurable economic impact.
